Soto lands on 10-day DL for second time this season

The Chicago White Sox placed catcher Geovany Soto on the 10-day disabled list (retroactive to Monday) with right elbow inflammation and recalled catcher Kevan Smith from Triple-A Charlotte, the club announced Wednesday.
