2017

Pitched in first spring training with the Twins (2nd of career) and optioned to Triple-A Rochester April 23 ... Made four starts for the Red Wings, going 0-1, 3.48 ERA (20.2 IP, 8 ER) with three walks and 16 strikeouts ... Added as 26th man for doubleheader May 21 vs. Kansas City; started Game 2 that day, earning his first major league win, allowing three runs on five hits in 7.0 innings pitched ... Recalled back to Minnesota May 26 and was part of Twins starting rotation ... Won three straight starts June 23-July 3, posting a 1.53 ERA (17.2 IP, 3 ER) in that span ... Placed on 10-day disabled list August 9 with left arm brachialis strain; made three rehab starts, two with Triple-A Rochester and one with Double-A Chattanooga in the Lookouts' playoff series; reinstated September 13 ... Went 2-2, 2.70 ERA (36.2 IP, 11 ER) in eight road starts and 2-5, 5.58 ERA (61.1 IP, 38 ER) in 13 home starts ... His 21 starts were the most for a Twins rookie since Scott Diamond in 2012 (27) ... Returned from his suspension in June and posted a solid 2.45 ERA over 12 games (nine starts) and 51.1 innings pitched....Pitched well in the Arizona Fall League, going 2-2 with a 3.48 ERA in seven starts...Was in Giants' Major League spring training camp for the first time in his career....Added to the Giants' 40-man roster on November 20, 2015....Ranked by Baseball America as the Giants' #10 prospect entering the 2016 season.

Ranked as the Giants fourth best prospect entering the season...spent entire season with Double-A Richmond (San Francisco), going 7-9, 4.67 ERA (108.0 IP, 56 ER) in 22 appearances (21 starts)...was placed on the disabled list with plantar fascitis from July 5-13...also missed seven days on the disabled list with a blister (July 21-27)...suspended for 50 games by Major League Baseball for testing positive for a banned stimulant on November 14, 2014.

Spent a majority of the season with Single-A San Jose (San Francisco)...made 16 starts for San Jose going 7-4, 3.31 ERA (87.0 IP, 32 ER)... made one start for Triple-A Fresno allowing two runs on five hits in 5.0 innings.

2012

Spent entire season with Single-A Augusta (San Francisco), making 30 appearances (14 starts)...went 6-5, 4.04 ERA (78.0 IP, 35 ER) with 13 walks and 44 strikeouts in 14 starts.
