Logan Ryan Bawcom…resides in Dallas, TX…graduated from Greenwood (TX) High School in June 2007…as a senior named first team All-District and first team All- State at shortstop…played two seasons at Midland Junior College (2008-09)…named an NJCAA Distinguished All-American…played one season at the University of Texas-Arlington, going 5-4, 3.87 in 20 G/11 GS in 2010…originally selected by the Dodgers in the 17th round of the 2010 June draft.


Led all Mariners minor leaguers with 21 saves (in 24 opportunities). Held opponents scoreless in 40 of 51 appearances. Named the Tacoma Rainiers Pitcher of the Year. Posted 47 saves over last two seasons (2012-2013), trailing only Jose Valdez (DET) for the minor league lead over that span. Pitched for Cardenales de Lara in the Venezuelan Winter League (1-2, 1 save, 8.22 ERA).
