Batted .273 (3x11) with bases loaded, with a double, home run and 10 RBI. Grand slam came on July 14 vs. Mobile in an 8-0 win. His four RBI in that game set a season high, which he tied on August 18 at Chattanooga. Had season-long 10-game hitting streak from June 8-21. Batted .310 (13x42) during streak, with six runs scored and five RBI. Recorded 36 multi-hit games, including six three-hit games. Following the season, batted .222 (8x36) in 14 games for Phoenix in Arizona Fall League. Had a home run and four RBI, walked seven times to 10 strikeouts, and had a .349 on-base percentage.
