Spent his first full season with Class AA Birmingham … appeared in 130 games, including 70 in right field, 43 in center, 12 in left and six as the designated hitter … ranked among the Southern League leaders in stolen bases (2nd, 38) and runs scored (5th, 77) … finished among the White Sox organizational leaders in stolen bases (2nd), walks (3rd, 69) and runs scored (6th), and led the Barons in steals … batted .255 (24-94) with six doubles, four RBI, 22 runs scored and 11 stolen bases over 25 games in June … appeared in six games during the postseason as the Barons won the SL championship … entered the season ranked by Baseball America as the No. 5 Prospect and Fastest Baserunner in the White Sox organization.

Split time between Class A Kannapolis and Class A Winston-Salem, hitting a combined .267 (109-409) with 22 doubles, six triples, four home runs, 55 RBI, 84 runs scored and 56 stolen bases over 111 games…his
56 stolen bases ranked fifth among all minor-leaguers and were the most by a White Sox farmhand since Ruddy Yan stole 76 in 2003…was successful on 78.9 percent (56-71) of his stolen-base attempts…ranked sixth in the South Atlantic League in stolen bases (39) during his time with Kannapolis…ranked among the organizational leaders in stolen bases (1st), runs scored (3rd), walks (5th, 74), triples (T5th) and on-base percentage (T6th, .378)…went 5-5 with five RBI and two stolen bases on 4/12 at Lexington…was on the disabled list with a strained right knee from 6/9-28…was promoted to Winston Salem on 7/18…collected three steals on 7/23 vs. Carolina and 8/8 at Wilmington…was on the disabled list with a dislocated left shoulder from 7/28-8/4…entered 2013 ranked by Baseball America as the No. 6 Prospect and Fastest Baserunner in the White Sox organization.
