Kenneth Earl Wilson was originally signed by Blue Jays scout Joel Grampietro…graduated from Sickles High School in Tampa in 2008…hit .400 with 26 stolen bases in his senior season.

2016

Spent most of the season with Triple-A New Orleans in the Miami organization where he hit .219 with a home run, 20 RBI and 26 stolen bases in 93 games…was transferred to Double-A Jacksonville Aug. 2 and hit .347 with two home runs, 12 RBI and four stolen bases in 32 games with the Suns…combined for a .255 batting average, three home runs and 32 RBI in 125 games overall…added 54 walks and was hit by a pitch seven times for a .346 on-base percentage…stole 30 bases, his sixth career season with 30 or more steals…his 26 steals with the Zephyrs tied for sixth in the Pacific Coast League…hit .261 (84- for-322) against right-handed pitching compared to .231 (25-for-108) against left-handers…had a .276 batting average with the bases empty, .215 with runners on base…batted .174 with runners in scoring position…was 1-for-8 (.125) with the bases loaded…appeared in 87 games in center field and 34 in right field…had eight assists in 120 games overall in the outfield…was 2-for-2 (1.000) as a pinch hitter… hit in every spot in the order except fourth and fifth…saw his most action with 73 games in the leadoff spot where he batted .269 with a .372 on-base percentage…got off to a fast start as he hit .329 with nine stolen bases in 20 games in April…went 1-for-3 in his first game in May to keep his average at .329… then hit .182 over his final 71 games with New Orleans…went 1-for-30 over an eight-game stretch from May 3 to 10…had a 16-game streak without a RBI from May 23 to June 11…finished May with a .163 batting average in 27 games…then batted .154 in June…had more walks (13) than hits (10) in June… stole a season-high two bases June 1 at Memphis…walked in all three of his plate appearances June 4 against Colorado Springs…matched his season high with two steals July 2 at Colorado Springs…was transferred to Jacksonville Aug. 2 and went 3-for-3 with a triple, home run and two RBI in his first game in the first game of an Aug. 3 doubleheader against Biloxi…matched his season high in hits and runs scored…had a pinch hit single in the second game and went 4-for-4 on the day…had three triples in his first 15 games with Jacksonville after collecting no triples in 93 games with New Orleans…hit safely in a season-high nine consecutive games from Aug. 12 to 21…went 16-for-35 (.457) with six multiple hit games during the hitting streak to boost his Double-A average to .394…had back-to-back two-double games Aug. 20 and 21 at Tennessee…drove in a season-high three runs on the 20th while matching his best with three hits…hit .356 with a .432 on-base percentage in 28 games in August.

Was limited to just 55 games for New Hampshire due to injury. Hit .259 on the year with 31 runs scored, 14 doubles, one triple, three home runs and 16 stolen bases. Made five rehab appearances with the GCL Blue Jays and Dunedin Blue Jays. Played in the Arizona Fall League with the Salt River Rafters … Appeared in 23 games posting a .258 average and led the team with 12 stolen bases.

2012

Spent the majority of the season with Lansing for the third time in the past four years before finishing the season with Dunedin. Hit a combined .260, the highest mark of his career…Also had career-highs in doubles (19), triples (6), home runs (5), RBI (53) and stolen bases (55). Led the organization in stolen bases… Stole 41 bases while with Lansing to lead the team and finish 4th in the Midwest League despite only playing in 94 games. Hit .300 over August for Dunedin in 25 contests with 12 RBI and 12 stolen bases.

2011

Appeared in just 48 games for the Dunedin Blue Jays…Suffered a shoulder injury and did not play after June 6. Prior to getting injured had a .201 average…Hit .302 vs. LHP and only .165 against RHP. During the off-season played in the Australian Baseball League for the Canberra Cavalry where he hit .253.

2010

Began the season with Lansing for the second consecutive season before finishing the year with Dunedin Blue Jays. Appeared in 95 games for the Lugnuts posting a .216 average…Had a .249 average before the All-Star break and hit just .175 after. Led Lansing with 35 stolen bases. Joined Dunedin in mid-August playing in 18 games for the Blue Jays…Hit just .138.

2009

Played the majority of the season with Lansing Lugnuts while appearing in eight games with GCL Blue Jays on a rehab assignment. Hit .212 with Lansing while swiping 37 bases in 87 games…The 37 stolen bases ranked 2nd on the team and 7th in the Mid-West League.

2008

Spent his first professional season with the GCL Blue Jays. Played in 60 games, finishing the year with a .210 average…Collected 25 stolen bases.
