Austin State University...was a college teammate of current Cardinals catcher Steven Hill...also played collegiately at Texarkana Junior College (2006) and Northwestern State (La.) from 2004-05...resides in Etoile, Texas. 2010 Made 29 appearances with 14 starts at Palm Beach (A). All 14 starts came consecutively starting on 6/21. ... Posted a 2.27 ERA, which would have led the Florida State League, but failed to qualify by five innings. ... Posted the lowest ERA in all of Minor League Baseball after 6/21 with a 1.32 ERA in 81.2 innings pitched. ... His nine wins post All-Star Break were T-3rd among all minor league pitchers and he was one of three Cardinals Minor Leaguers to accomplish that feat (Lance Lynn, Brian Broderick). ...
