Played 52 games behind the plate, second-most on the club behind Christian Bethancourt...2013 marked his first full year with Double-A Mississippi after playing 26 games with the M-Braves in 2011...Caught 17-of-69 would-be base stealers, a 25% mark...Logged two home runs as part of a 3-for-3 day on 5/19 vs. Jacksonville, recording four RBI in the process....Hit .333 (12-for-36) in 10 May games with eight runs and 10 RBI while hitting three of his four home runs.

2012

Established single-season career highs in batting average (.270), home runs (8), RBI (42), triples (4), slugging percentage (.439) and OPS (.767)...Led the Carolina League in appearances by a catcher (84 games) and posted a .987 fielding percentage at the position...He ranked fifth in the league in caught stealing percentage (37 CS in 113 ATT, .327)...Hit .313 with eight doubles, one triple, eight home runs, 22 runs scored and 27 RBI in the first half, earning Carolina League midseason All-Star honors...Was also named to the CL's postseason All-Star Team...Named the organizational Player of the Month for Lynchburg in June after hitting .313 with four doubles, a triple, three home runs, 10 runs scored and seven RBI.
