Completed his second full season at the major league level in 2013, appearing in 118 games with the Nationals...Ranked second among all major leaguers with 13 pinch-hits...Collected a season-high three hits on May 19 at San Diego -- equaled the high on May 24 versus Philadelphia, June 23 versus Colorado, July 25 versus Pittsburgh and August 11 versus Philadelphia...Hit his first career pinch-hit home run on August 30 versus Dillon Gee and the New York Mets...Batted .306 (38x124) with seven doubles, two home runs and eight RBI in 57 games from June 23-end of season -- hit .223 (37x166) with eight doubles and 14 RBI in 61 games prior to June 23...Hit .273 (21x77) with lefthanded pitchers on the mound...batted .254 (54x213) against righties.
