Jaff Kyle Decker (first name is pronounced "Jeff")...Is a 2008 graduate of Sunrise Mountain High School in Peoria, AZ...Was named the Arizona state high school baseball player of the year his senior season... Named after his uncle, whose name was misspelled as "Jaff" on his birth certificate...His uncle kept and lived with the misspelling until he died while serving in the Army...The name was passed on to honor his late uncle... Participated in the Pirates annual team caravan and PirateFest event in December 2013.

2014
