Opened season in Texas organization with Triple-A Round Rock, where he batted .353 (41x116) over his first 27 games, with 17 runs scored, five doubles, three home runs, and 12 RBI...In 70 games with Express overall, hit .291 (82x282), with 15 doubles, a triple, five home runs, and 25 RBI...Switch hitter batted .308 from the right side, with two home runs and eight RBI, and batted .283 from the left, with three homers and 17 RBI...Made season debut with Texas on July 17 at Houston; appeared in six games for the Rangers before trade to Miami on July 31...Appeared in one game with Triple-A New Orleans before being recalled to Miami on August 3 and making Marlins' debut that night vs. the Mets...Appeared in 17 games with the Marlins, going 4x27 (.148)... Batted .333 (2x6) as RHH and .125 (4x32) as LHH overall on the season... Optioned back to NOLA on Aug. 20 and recalled again on September 7...In 13 games with NOLA overall, hit .333 (16x48).
