Spent the majority of the year with Triple-A Gwinnett before being recalled on 9/1 to Atlanta as a part of September roster expansion. In his third season with Gwinnett, hit .256 (130-for-507) with 18 2B, 15 HR and 61 RBI in 136 games. Led Gwinnett in games (136), home runs (15), total bases (195) and RBI (61), ranked second in runs (62), tied for third in hits (130), and tied for fourth in doubles (18). Tied for the International League lead in games played, tied for sixth in at-bats (507) and tied for seventh in walks (61).
