Daniel Rams...2007 graduate of Gulliver Preparatory High School (FL)...selected to the Aflac All-American Baseball Classic team in 2006. 2010 Began the season with Single-A Beloit, splitting time between catcher and first base for the Snappers...Played 19 games for Beloit before being promoted to Double-A New Britain, May 5...played four games for the Rock Cats, recording one hit in 14 at-bats before being transferred back to Beloit, May 13...Hit safely in 16 consecutive games, July 18-August 8...drove in 16 runs during the streak...Hit five home runs with 17 rbi in 22 June games and five home runs with 21 rbi in 22 July games...batted .303 (27-for-89) with four home runs and 15 rbi in 25 August games...10 of his 16 home runs and 43 of his 68 rbi came after the All-Star break...Named to minorleaguebaseball.com's 2010 Twins organizational All-Star team. 2009 Began season at Single-A Ft.
