Graduated from Pace (FL) High School...Favorite player growing up was Ken Griffey Jr......was able to get a jersey signed by Griffey during the team's visit to Safeco Field last season...Enjoys hunting white-tailed deer and fishing for largemouth bass...Is an avid fan of Auburn University football.

Batted .242 with 5 HR and 14 RBI in 57 games with the Brewers...Made 34 starts (30g in LF, 4g in RF)...Had three stints with the Brewers (6/15-6/28, 7/11-8/12 and 8/23-end)...Made his Major League debut on 6/15 at Cincinnati and struck out as a pinch hitter against Homer Bailey...Recorded his first Major League hit on 6/22 vs. Atlanta with a pinch-hit single off Tim Hudson...On 7/21 vs. Miami became the first player in franchise history to produce a walk-off homer as his first Major League home run as he belted a solo shot in the 13th inning off Ryan Webb to give the Brewers a 1-0 win...Hit his first career pinch-hit homer on 8/24 at Cincinnati with a solo shot off Bronson Arroyo...Batted .295 with 11 HR and 51 RBI in 83 games at Triple-A Nashville.
