High in 2004...named first-team All-State as a senior, helping Eureka reach the Class A state tournament...Attended and played baseball at Bradley University...named Academic All-District V by ESPN The Magazine in 2007...His brother, Jake, played four seasons as an infi elder in the New York Mets organization. 2010 Opened the season with NW Arkansas, his first action at the Double-A level...played in 3 games before missing signifi cant time with a fractured right forearm after being hit by a pitch...Played in 8 games in a rehab assignment with Surprise in late July before ending the season with NW Arkansas as a reserve catcher.
