Played college baseball at Manhattan College...was a first team all-MAAC selection for three straight seasons., hit 11 HR his junior season which put him among NCAA leaders and left the school as the career leader in runs scored and his 212 hits ranked 3rd in school history...played for Chatham in the pretigious Cape Cod League in the summer of 2006...graduated from Archbishop Malloy High School in Queens, N.Y...resides in College Point, N.Y. 2010 Played in 51 games, splitting the season between Palm Beach (A) for 33 games and Springfield (AA) for 15 games, with three games at Memphis (AAA) from 4/19-22. ... Had a 54.8% caught stealing rate (23 CS-42 ATT), 2nd among all Cardinals and 6th among all minor leaguers. ... Threw out an outstanding 20-of-32 runners (62.5%) at Palm Beach, helping the team lead the Florida State League in runners caught stealing at a 43.1% clip (53-123). ... All three home runs hit at Palm Beach came on the road, including home runs on consecutive days at Clearwater (6/3-4). The home run on 6/4 was the game-winning shot in the top of the 9th. ... Made one start in Memphis 4/21 vs. Iowa, and threw out the runner (Darwin Barney) in the Cubs only stolen base attempt. ...
