Tobi Neal Stoner graduated from Southern Garrett High School (MD) in 2002 before attending Garrett Junior College (MD) and Davis & Elkins College (WV)...Was named Davis & Elkins' Male Athlete of the Year in 2006. 2010 Pitched in one game for the Mets in relief on April 18 at St. Louis...Worked 2.1 innings and gave up three hits, one run, earned, with one walk and no strikeouts...Was the losing pitcher in a 5-3 defeat...Optioned to Buffalo (AAA) of the International League on April 19...Made 22 starts for the Bisons before a right shoulder strain ended his season ...Did not pitch in the final 27 games of the season...Placed on the Disabled List on August 12...Was the Bisons' Opening Day starter on April 8 at Scranton-Wilkes-Barre...
