Spent majority of '13 season in the big leagues...filled in during Wilson Ramos' 2 extended stints on the DL and served as Nationals' primary backup after Kurt Suzuki was dealt to the Athletics on Aug. 23...when starting, Washington went 4-8...laced pinch-hit 2-run double on June 23 vs. COL...made athletic pitch block and tag to nip Chase Utley at home plate to preserve lead in an eventual 3-2 win on Sept. 4 at PHI.
