Anthony Yoel Ortega Martinez...Attended UEN Francisco Tosta Garcia (VZ)....Signed by Angels scout Carlos Porte. 2010 Began season on disabled list with a strained right triceps...Made five rehab appearances (three starts) with Arizona League Angels in July, did not record a decision while posting a 8.00 ERA (9 IP - 8 ER)...Was reinstated from the disabled list and optioned to double-A Arkansas, August 4...Made 10 relief appearances with Travelers, posting an 0-1 record with a 8.04 ERA (15.2 IP - 14 ER). 2009 Began season at triple-A Salt Lake, posting a 1-1 record with a 9.88 ERA (13.2 IP - 15 ER) in three starts...
