Evan Shane Crawford... Attended Auburn University and Prattville High School in Alabama, where he led his team to an Alabama state-record with 47 wins and a state 6A runner-up... Threw two no-hitters, was the team's best hitter his senior year, and Perfect Game USA ranked him #88 out of the top 100 HS players, and was the 8th best left-handed pitcher. 2012 Made his Major League debut on April 15 vs. BAL, tossing a scoreless inning...Made nine appearances overall in three separate stints with club...Did not allow a run in his first four outings totaling four innings... Allowed six earned over his final four innings...Began the season with New Hampshire (AA), making just three appearances before being promoted to Toronto... Spent most of the season with Las Vegas (AAA) making 26 appearances out of the bullpen... PCL batters hit .328, while allowing 21 earned runs in 27.2 innings...Was placed on the disabled list Aug. 14 and did not pitch for the balance of the season. 2011 Moved to AA for the first time in his career, spending the entire season at New Hampshire... Pitched exclusively out of the bullpen making 45 appearances... K DAYS: Recorded more stirkouts (62) than innings pitched (51.0) for the first time in his career... His 45 games led all Fisher Cats pitchers, and his 10.9 strikeouts per nine innings led all Fisher Cat relievers...
