Batted .282 with six home runs and 42 RBI in 81 games with Triple-A Oklahoma City in the Houston organization…also hit .455 with eight RBI in eight games with Double-A Corpus Christi after a twomonth stint on the disabled list…had a .299 batting average overall…struck out just 31 times, an average of 11.90 plate appearances per strikeout…committed just two errors in 60 games as a second baseman for a .994 fielding percentage…also made three errors in 18 games at third base (.938)…batted .311 (70-for-225) against right-handed pitching compared to .274 (31-for-113) against left-handers…hit .328 with a .367 on-base percentage when leading off an inning…had a .364 batting average in 10 games at designated hitter…batted .326 with the bases empty compared to .269 with four of his six home runs with runners on base…hit five of his home runs after the All-Star Break…four of his six home runs came on the road but had 35 of his 50 RBI at home…had a .458 batting average in the ninth inning and was 4-for-8 (.500) in ext a innings…hit in every spot in the order except first, fourth and fifth…saw his most action with 44 games hitting second…also batted .360 with three of his six home runs in 22 games in the seven spot in the order…hit .250 with two home runs and 10 RBI in 19 games for Aragua in the Venezuelan Winter League following the season.
