High. 2008 Led Lakeland (A) with a .307 batting average, .468 on-base percentage and 64 walks and tied for second with 14 stolen bases prior to being promoted to Erie (AA) on July 31... also led the Florida State League in on-base percentage and tied for third in walks...Named to the Florida State League's West Division All-Star team...Strung together an 8-game hitting streak from July 4-13, batting .393 (11-for-28) over that stretch...Caught 54 games behind the plate for the Flying Tigers and threw out 19 of 54 baserunners (35 percent)...In only 24 games at Erie, he posted a .425 on-base percentage that ranked second on the team...appeared in 24 games at catcher and threw out 9 of 19 baserunners (47%)...For the season, his combined 83 walks tied for 13th and .456 on-base percentage ranked 16th among all minor leaguers...Was also 3-for-10 (.300) with a double and 3 RBI in 5 games in the Hawaiian Baseball League after the regular season.
