2009 Began season in Arizona Rookie League rehabbing right elbow, however by seasons end was pitching for Class A Advanced San Jose, sealing 8 saves in just 12 games to help Giants win California League Championship...tossed 11.0-scoreless innings with Giants, striking out 19 batters while allowing just 5 hits...split closer duties with teammate Dan Turpen in California League playoffs...logged 4.0-scoreless innings with 3 saves in 4 postseason contests. 2008 Spent campaign with 3 different clubs (triple-A Tennessee Smokies, Potros de Tijuana of Mexican League and Pericos de Puebla of Mexican League)...combined for 2-2 record with 8 saves and 3.76 ERA (13er, 31.1ip) with 30 strikeouts in 25 games...appeared with Tennessee for only 1 game, before playing for Potros de Tijuana for 1 month and finishing season with Pericos de Puebla. 2007 Pitched for Potros de Tijuana of Mexican League, going 0-2 with 4.18 ERA (11er, 23.2ip), 7 saves and 26 strikeouts in 19 games. 2006 Spent entire season with double-A St. Lucie Mets, going 3-2 with 6.21 ERA (26er, 37.2ip) and 42 strikeouts in 24 games. 2005 Spent entire season with Hagerstown Suns in South Atlantic League...went 5-6 with 4.60 ERA (32er, 62.1ip) while striking out 61 batters in 24 games (5 starts). 2004 Appeared in Dominican Summer League in Phillies' organization, going 1-2 with 2.70 ERA (9er, 30.0ip) in 10 games. 2003 Split time between Venezuelan and Dominican Summer Leagues, combining for 8-4 with 2.51 ERA (23er, 82.1ip) and 6 saves in 32 games (6 starts). 2002 Spent 1st professional season in Venezuelan Summer League, going 2-1 with 3.63 ERA (9er, 22.1ip) in 11 games (2 starts) with complete game.
