Full name Ryan Mulhern...Single...Resides in Highlands Ranch, CO...Attended South Alabama where he played baseball for three seasons from 2001-03...Left USA as the school's all-time career leader in HR (49) and ranked 2nd career in RBI (180) behind Luis Gonzalez....Also left the school T2nd in doubles (51) and T3rd in career hits (230)...His 20HR in 2003 are the 4th most in school history while 67 RBI in 2003 were the 8th highest total...Was All-Sun Belt Conference in 2002-03...Spent his freshman season of 2000 at Trinidad State (CO) JC where he led the nation in HR (28) and RBI (108) and was a first-team All-American by Collegiate Baseball...Drafted in 26th round by TB in 2000 and in the 18th round by St. Louis in 2002. 2005 In just his third pro season, had a spectacular season as he batted a combined .315 (127-403) with 72 runs scored, 29 doubles, 3 triples, 32 home runs and 94 RBI between Kinston and Akron to earn the 2005 Lou Boudreau Award (Minor League Player of Year)...His 32 home runs on the year were tied for the 5th most in all of Minor League Baseball despite missing almost a month of the season in May with a broken jaw...His combined .640 slugging percentage was 4th best in all of the minors...
