2013

Tallied 56 extra-base hits (30 doubles, career-high 25 home runs) for the Cardinals' Triple-A Memphis affiliate and earned first taste of the big leagues...led the Pacific Coast League with 25 home runs, home run ratio (HR every 18.2 at-bats) and a .531 slugging percentage...also ranked among PCL leaders in OPS (2nd, .895), total bases (2nd, 242), games (2nd, 136), extra-base hits (3rd), walks (tied 3rd, 77), RBI (tied 4th, 86) and doubles (7th, 30)...had contract selected by the Cardinals on July 20 as Matt Holliday was placed on the DL...debuted that night vs. SDP and posted first big league RBI via a 6-3 groundout...posted first MLB hit, a single off Jake Diekman, July 24 vs. PHI.
