Matthew Antonio Antonelli...Graduated from St. John's Preparatory School in Danvers, MA where he was a three-sport standout in football, hockey and baseball...Earned Massachusetts High School Player of the Year honors in football and hockey his senior year...Attended Wake Forest University...Started all 163 games the Demon Deacons played during his three years there...Set the school record with 128 career walks...Finished with a .324 batting average, 18 home runs, 110 RBI and 46 stolen bases...Named a first team All-ACC selection in 2006 and became the fourth Demon Deacon in school history to be chosen in the first round of the draft. 2011 Split the season between Double-A Harrisburg (5G) and Triple-A Syracuse (86G) in the Washington system ...
