Michael Ladon Wilson...graduated from Booker T. High School in Oklahoma in May 2001...turned down a scholarship offer to play football at the University of Oklahoma when he signed with the Mariners. 2011 Spent majority of season with AAA Tacoma, but made a brief stint with Seattle appearing in 8 games, May 9-June 7...Spent 10 seasons (2002-11) and played in 776 minor league games, all in the Mariners organization, before making his MLB debut...Made ML debut May 10 at Baltimore at DR-LF; went 1-for-4 with RBI...first Major League hit was go-ahead RBI single to LF in 13th inning...Threw out the potential winning run at home plate in the bottom of the 9th inning in his Major League debut May 10 at Baltimore...became the second Mariner to record an outfield assist in his ML debut, and first to throw someone out at the plate...also: Ricky Nelson threw out Bob Boone (ANA) at second base in his MLB debut on May 17, 1983...Went 2-for-4 with double and 2 RBI on May 21 at San Diego;
