He and his wife, Reza, make their offseason home in Castro Valley, Calif., with their daughter Alexa (Sept. 5, 1996)...originally drafted by the Astros in the 24th round of the 1997 draft...graduated from the University of Miami where he helped the Hurricanes to the 2001 College World Series title...named the College World Series MVP...originally drafted by the Astros in the 24th round of the 1997 draft...played both baseball and basketball at Mt.
