Single...Resides in San Jose, CA...Graduated from Leland High School in San Jose in 1990...During his junior year at Leland he led his baseball team to the California state title...His brother, Brad, played professionally, most recently in the Northern League...Enjoys golfing, sporting a 4-handicap. 2000 Began the season with the AAA Colorado Springs Sky Sox after being a spring training invitee with the Colorado Rockies...Appeared in 5 games with the Sky Sox, going 4 for 20 (.200), before being sold to the Hanshin Tigers of Japan's Central League on April 14.
