MLB Network to Televise Derek Jeter's Final Regular Season Home Game

As part of MLB Network's live game schedule for the last week of the 2014 regular season, Bob Costas, Jim Kaat and Tom Verducci will call Derek Jeter's final regular season home game when the New York Yankees host the AL East division champion Baltimore Orioles on Thursday, September 25 at 7:00 p.m. ET, live from Yankee Stadium. MLB Network analyst Harold Reynolds will also make an in-booth appearance. Current MLB All-Stars, former teammates and top athletes from other professional sports, including Tiger Woods, Peyton Manning and Jimmie Johnson, will look back at Jeter's career in features leading up to and during MLB Network's telecast.

MLB Network's live game schedule next week begins with the Pittsburgh Pirates, who lead the second NL Wild Card spot by three and a half games over the Milwaukee Brewers, taking on the Atlanta Braves on Monday, September 22 at 7:00 p.m. ET. Following the game, the NL West-leading Los Angeles Dodgers host the NL Wild Card-leading San Francisco Giants in a division battle at 10:00 p.m. ET. The remainder of MLB Network's live game schedule for the regular season will be announced next week.  

With the 2014 Postseason scheduled to start on Tuesday, September 30, MLB Network's Emmy Award-winning flagship program MLB Tonight will continue to bring viewers its signature live look-ins at games in progress, news and analysis seven days a week. MLB Network's game schedule through September 25 is available here, continuing the lead up to MLB Network's exclusive telecasts of two National League Division Series games on Saturday, October 4 and Monday, October 6. Games will be blacked out in each team's home television territory unless otherwise announced. Viewers in areas subject to blackouts will be provided with an alternate game telecast or other programming.
