ST. LOUIS, MO (September 11, 2014) - Today, the St. Louis Cardinals released the Official 2014 Yearbook which pays tribute to the Cardinal legacies left by newly inducted Hall of Fame Managers Tony La Russa and Joe Torre.
This comprehensive, colorful celebration offers exclusive Q&A interviews with Torre and La Russa that provide candid, newly revealed insight into their legacies as well as season-by-season timelines of their entire tenure wearing the Birds on the Bat.
"Tony La Russa and Joe Torre point to St. Louis as the epicenter of their baseball success, and they both share their stories in the 2014 Cardinals Official Yearbook," said Steve Zesch, Director of Cardinals Publications. "Between their first-hand accounts, and reflections from former players and coaches, the Yearbook really offers a magnificent tribute unlike anything ever presented before."
The annual publication also includes scores of rare photographs from their careers, as well as behind-the-scenes images from the historic Hall of Fame induction weekend in Cooperstown this past summer.
The 196-page yearbook also includes action photos and studio portraits of all members of the 2014 roster, making it the perfect souvenir for any Cardinals fan.
