Worth noting

Brayan Pena wasn't in the starting lineup for Sunday's series finale against Miami. The catcher exited Friday's series opener prior to the third inning with a tight left hamstring and pinch-hit in the eighth inning of Saturday's 4-3 loss. Though he singled to extend his hitting streak to 13 games, the ball he hit bounced up against the wall in right field and Pena took it easy on his way to first.

"Just by the looks of yesterday from his pinch-hit and getting out of the box, I'm not confident that 16 hours or whatever was going to put him in a place that I would be comfortable with him catching and maybe getting four or five at-bats and running the bases," Price said. "It gives us a little more time to make sure Brayan's ready after the day off [Monday]."
