Orioles at the plate: Justin Turner drove in Baltimore's first run with an RBI single to left in the fifth inning. It was the second of two hits for Turner. Catcher Chad Moeller, a former Twin, belted a two-run homer in the seventh inning off reliever Clay Condrey.
Twins at the plate:
Joe Mauer singled in each of his first two at-bats and went 2-for-3, raising his average for the spring to .600. Ben Revere also added two hits on the day, including a bunt single.

Orioles on the mound: Right-hander David Hernandez allowed five hits but pitched 3 2/3 scoreless innings. It was his first start of the spring. Koji Uehara pitched a scoreless frame, allowing one hit and striking out one.
Twins on the mound:
Starter Scott Baker pitched four scoreless innings. He allowed three hits, walking one and striking out three. Matt Guerrier pitched one inning, allowing one unearned run on two hits with one strikeout. Pat Neshek tossed a 1-2-3 sixth inning.
Mauer returned to the lineup for the first time since Thursday night. The catcher had been dealing with a sore right shoulder after taking a foul tip off it the last time the Twins and Orioles faced each other. ... The Twins drew 8,232 fans to Tuesday's contest, marking a new Hammond Stadium record for attendance.
The Twins head up I-75 to Port Charlotte, Fla., on Wednesday to face the Rays for the first time this spring. Left-hander Glen Perkins is slated to make his first start in the 12:05 p.m. CT contest after Nick Blackburn had his start skipped due to a sore right knee.
Right-hander Jason Berken is scheduled to make his first start of the spring for the Orioles on Wednesday as they host the Blue Jays in a 1:05 p.m. ET contest at Ed Smith Stadium.
