Boy with Cerebral Palsy Throws Out First Pitch in Detroit
Seven-year-old Braden Gandee has cerebral palsy. He uses a walker to get around the halls at school. His condition has affected his muscle tone, reflexes and motor coordination. This summer, to raise awareness, Braden's older brother Hunter carried him on his back for 40 miles, from their home to the University of Michigan. Yesterday, the pair took the field and threw out the first pitch before the Tigers game. Incredible stuff.
