It's no secret that Tuesday's 2014 All-Star Game will be Derek Jeter's night.

There will be several memorable moments throughout the night as the 14-time All-Star and 20-year veteran is honored.

While tonight's festivities will provide everyone with a lasting image of the Yankees' Captain, he has had plenty of other great moments in the Midsummer Classic.

1998: It's Jeter's first All-Star Game, as he represents the American League at Coors Field. He is awed by sharing a clubhouse with Cal Ripken Jr.

1999: Jeter struck out in his only at-bat at Fenway Park, but he was most moved by a pregame encounter with Hank Aaron, who tapped the shortstop on the shoulder and told him he wanted to meet him. Jeter entered the game mid-inning so Red Sox fans could cheer Nomar Garciaparra, then did an impression of Garciaparra's mannerisms at the plate.

2000: Jeter started an All-Star Game for the first time, and became the first Yankees player to win the All-Star Game MVP. Jeter later became the first player to be the MVP in both the All-Star Game and World Series after the Yankees defeated the Mets in the Fall Classic that October.

2001: Jeter hits the only home run of his All-Star Game career in the AL's 4-1 win off future teammate Jon Lieber.

2007: Jeter enjoys being on the field with Willie Mays in San Francisco as another memorable event in his career.

2008: In the Yankee Stadium All-Star Game, Jeter started and went 1-for-3 with a stolen base before leaving in the sixth inning. He stayed on the dugout railing until the end of the 15-inning AL win.
