Giants third baseman Pablo Sandoval  went 2-for-5 with a double and two RBIs, and A's second baseman Alberto Callaspo  reached base four times with a pair of hits and two walks. Hernandez drew a walk from Rafael Cova to score Callaspo, breaking a 6-6 tie in Magallanes' round-robin playoff victory over La Guaira. Box score
