Fans in the Mesa area who are interested in purchasing tickets in-person will have an opportunity to get a sneak peek at the new ballpark Saturday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. MT.
"We're excited about our inaugural season at Cubs Park," said Justin Piper, general manager of Spring Training business operations. "This new facility is going to be a popular attraction for Cubs and baseball fans all season long. Anyone planning to visit us for games this year will want to purchase tickets early."
The first game at Cubs Park will be Feb. 27 against the D-backs.
You can purchase tickets:
• In-person at Cubs Park: Tickets may be purchased at the ballpark, located at 2330 W. Rio Salado Parkway starting at 10 a.m. MT on Saturday. Standard hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. MT, Saturday through March 27.
• Phone or online sales: Tickets may be purchased online by visiting cubs.com, or over the phone at 1-800-THE-CUBS (800-843-2827) starting Saturday at 11 a.m. CT/10 a.m. MT.

This is the Cubs' inaugural season at the new facility, located on the former Riverview Golf Course, near highways 101 and 202 in west Mesa. The Cubs had called Hohokam Stadium and Fitch Park home since 1979, but the Athletics are taking over those facilities and will begin play there in 2015.
