Eric Berger pitched six scoreless innings, lowering his ERA to 1.78, while Margarita's offense erupted for 11 runs on 14 hits to surge past Zulia. Seven players had two hits for Margarita. Box score

Magallanes tied the game with a run in the seventh inning before Eliezer Alfonso singled to score Ezequiel Carrera in the bottom of the 11th for the walk-off win. Allan Dykstra went 1-for-3 and is hitting .412. Box score

Toros was outhit, 9-6, but survived thanks to a three-run outburst in the second inning. Jose Valverde notched his second save while striking out two in the ninth inning. Cubs outfielder Junior Lake went 2-for-4 for Estrellas, raising his average to .314, while having gone 4-for-5 in stolen-base attempts. Box score

Mets center fielder Juan Lagares went 2-for-5, raising his average to .400, while Zoilo Almonte and Andy Marte each had two doubles to lead Aguilas. Box score

Escogido 5, Licey 1

Escogido used seven pitchers to hold Licey to one run on three hits. Led by Erik Gonzalez, who reached base three times, Escogido knocked around Jose Contreras for four runs on seven hits over five innings. Box score

Guasave scored in five innings to rally from a 4-0 deficit. The bullpen combined for six innings, allowing one run. Mark Hamilton went 4-for-5 with a homer and three RBIs. Box score

Adam Amezcua drew a walk-off walk to score Maxwell Leon and break the scoreless tie in the bottom of the ninth inning. Leon was 2-for-2 with two walks and two stolen bases. Andres Meza threw five scoreless innings to lower his ERA to 1.30. Box score

Hermosillo 7, Los Mochis 5

Hermosillo scored three runs with two outs in the top of the ninth inning to steal the win. Jose Amador singled home two runs in before Jesus Loya doubled to score another. Loya was 3-for-4 with a walk. Box score
