Adrian Beltre went into Sunday's game leading the AL in hits with three more than Miguel Cabrera and Dustin Pedroia. He is trying to become the third Rangers player to lead the league in hits. Michael Young did so in 2005 (221), and Rafael Palmeiro did in 1990 (191).
