Jemile Weeks said there was "a good amount" of water located mainly in the vicinity of the bathroom; the water was quickly swept away.
Jed Lowrie referred to the situation as "repulsive."
This is not the first such incident at the Coliseum this season. In July the Mariners ended a game to find that a swamp of sewage had backed up through the drains and into the clubhouse. The culprit, A's officials later declared, was an "unidentifiable mass" found in the system.
