Home Run Derby in your hands: Aim for the fences

MLB Advanced Media, the interactive media and Internet company of Major League Baseball and award-winning mobile developer, today announced an update to its latest mobile game, MLB.com Home Run Derby, which introduces all eight players who are scheduled to compete for the 2013 Home Run Derby title on Monday, July 15.

The game, a free download from the App Store or Google Play, is set in a stunning hi-res re-creation of Citi Field, home to the New York Mets and host of the 2013 All-Star Game and Home Run Derby. Fans can play in both single player and multi-player modes for a chance to capture the Home Run Derby title, reach the top of the worldwide leaderboards and earn valuable upgrades.

MLB.com Home Run Derby, a universal app optimized and available for iPhone, iPod touch, iPad and select Android devices, also includes all 24 participants from the 2010, 2011 and 2012 Home Run Derby competitions.
