275 Million Votes Already In; Close Races For All-Star Starters


Will David Wright start in his home ballpark or will Pablo Sandoval make another final week run to earn the start at third base for the National League? This is just one of the many questions looming as races for the 17 starting position players in the 84th All-Star Game, to be played July 16 at Citi Field in New York, again may be decided from the millions of votes being cast during the final week when fans will be casting ballots exclusively online via the 2013 All-Star Game MLB.com Ballot sponsored by freecreditscore.com. This year's record-setting pace on MLB.com and the 30 Club sites has seen 275 million votes already cast. The 2013 All-Star Game MLB.com Ballot officially closes Thursday, July 4, at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
