Pagan could return Saturday, more likely Sunday

ST. LOUIS -- Giants manager Bruce Bochy said Friday that center fielder Angel Pagan could return to the lineup Saturday, though Sunday looked like a stronger possibility.

Pagan, who was held out of the lineup Friday for the sixth consecutive game, ran and performed baseball-related activities before San Francisco's series opener against the St. Louis Cardinals.

"Feeling good, baby," Pagan said before the Giants began batting practice. He has not played since he sped around the bases to record his game-winning inside-the-park home run on May 25.
