Matt Harvey: Batman and G.I. Joe Fan

New York Mets ace Matt Harvey won't tell us who he was when the Mets did the "Citi Field Shake" this offseason, but he did give fans a little better glimpse into his personality in this video from MLB.com.

Harvey, who is 5-0 with a sparkling 1.93 ERA and 0.83 WHIP in his sophomore campaign, is most likely to be found listening to Jay-Z before a start.

Heading out on the town? Sharp dresser, that Matt Harvey. It's John Varvatos or bust.

That's a little out of my price range so I'll stick with my Majestic tees and New Era caps.

We all know by now that Harvey leans toward dressing up as Batman on Halloween, but G.I. Joe was also a go-to when he was a kid.

He may not be a superhero in real life, but he can certainly save the Mets fan base from a ton of grief with a big performance against the Yankees on Tuesday.
