MINNEAPOLIS -- Asdrubal Cabrera left Cleveland's game against Minnesota in the seventh inning on Sunday due to a sore right wrist.
Cabrera, who was hitting .269 in 127 games for the Indians this season entering Sunday, was 0-for-3 before exiting. He started at designated hitter and was replaced by Matt LaPorta as a pinch hitter to lead off the seventh.
The same wrist problem saw Cabrera scratched from the Indians' lineup on Sept. 1 against Texas. The injury is not expected to be serious, and the All-Star shortstop plans to test it before Monday's series finale against the Twins.
"I don't know," Cabrera said. "I'm going to see how I feel tomorrow."
