National Baseball Hall of Famer Barry Larkin's career with the Cincinnati Reds will be honored with "11 Days of Larkin," a series of celebrations from August 16-26 that will include the retirement of his uniform number 11 on Saturday, August 25. That pre-game ceremony at Great American Ball Park will begin at 3:00 p.m., preceding that afternoon's 4:05 p.m. game vs. the Cardinals.
Currently featuring an exhibit tribute to Barry Larkin's remarkable career, the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum is pleased to offer all fans named Barry and 11-year-old fans free admission throughout the promotional period. In addition, all fans wearing Barry Larkin gear will receive half-price admission during the promotional period. Please note: These discounted admission offers cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount including the Museum's Friday-Sunday David Concepcion bobblehead promotion.
The museum's participation in the "11 Days of Larkin" promotion also includes special $11 ballpark tour tickets available for regularly scheduled tours from August 20 - August 23. Tour tickets are limited and advance purchase is recommended.
The Museum's celebration culminates with the offer of a limited edition #11 lapel pin, free to the first 1000 purchasers of full-priced paid museum admission from August 24 - 26 while supplies last.
