Reynolds will start getting work at first base
The D-backs entered Sunday looking for their first series win in Philadelphia since May 28-30, 2007, when they swept the Phillies at Citizens Bank Park.
Right-handed reliever Matt Albers made his D-backs debut in the eighth inning of Saturday's 3-0 loss. He struck out John Mayberry Jr., but allowed an RBI single to Domonic Brown before getting Erik Kratz to ground out to end the inning. Albers was acquired from the Red Sox just before Tuesday's non-waiver Trade Deadline.
By starting on Sunday, outfielder Chris Young moved into second place in D-backs history in games played, breaking a tie with Steve Finley. His 850 games played for Arizona trails only Luis Gonzalez, who played in 1,194 games for the D-backs.
