The Chicago White Sox are inviting fans to participate in the Third Annual Social Media Night at U.S. Cellular Field on Wednesday, August 8. All fans who purchase tickets for Social Media Night at whitesox.com will receive an exclusive Social Media Night t-shirt and gift bag.
Specially-priced Patio and Lower Reserved tickets for the 7:10 p.m. game vs. Kansas City are available for $50, and include early entrance to the ballpark to watch White Sox batting practice. The Patio at U.S. Cellular Field includes an all-you-can-eat buffet catered by Baseball Buffet, featuring BBQ ribs, Cajun chicken, fried chicken, hot dogs, hamburgers and salads, along with wine, Miller and Pepsi products. The Patio runs for two full hours beginning when the ballpark gates open. Lower reserved tickets, which do not include access to batting practice, are specially-priced at $18.
At the top of each inning, one lucky fan following the White Sox official Twitter account (@WhiteSox or twitter.com/WhiteSox) and utilizing the hashtag #SoxSocial will win a prize package provided by MLB Network. There also will be a @WhiteSox Hide & Tweet Scavenger Hunt before the game, giving fans clues on how to win prizes throughout the ballpark.
