• Ventura listed Dylan Axelrod as his starter for Sunday's game against the Blue Jays, the final contest of the season's first half. Axelrod would be working on three days' rest, but with Philip Humber on the way back from a right elbow flexor strain, Axelrod figures to move back to middle relief shortly after the All-Star break.

"Right now, it's Axel," Ventura said. "It can change at any moment."
