DJ Afrojack added to Rays Summer Concert Series
ST. PETERSBURG, FL-Music producer and DJ Nick van de Wall, better known as Afrojack, will perform a postgame concert at the conclusion of the Rays-Marlins game on Friday, June 15 as part of the Rays Summer Concert Series.
Afrojack first came on the music scene in 2006 in his native country, the Netherlands. Since then his hip-hop and progressive house music has taken the world by storm. In addition to producing chart topping hits with musical phenomena such as David Guetta, Ne-Yo and Eva Simons, he's had his hit singles on the Billboard Top 100 chart, "Take Over Control," which peaked at No. 26 and "Give me Everything," which went all the way to No. 2. His most recent single, the remix "I Like," features Pitbull and Enrique Iglesias.
The concert is free with the purchase of that date's game ticket. Fans can watch Afrojack on the field by purchasing field access passes available at raysbaseball.com/concerts.
The Rays previously announced concerts with LL COOL J (June 2 vs. BAL); ZZ Top, 3 Doors Down and Gretchen Wilson (June 17 vs. MIA); Earth Wind & Fire (June 30 vs. DET); Train (July 13 vs. BOS); The Wiggles (August 5 vs. BAL); and O.A.R. (August 24 vs. OAK).

This marks the fifth season of the Rays Summer Concert Series. Since it began in 2008, the Rays have gone 27-6 (on Saturday concerts) and averaged more than 30,000 fans on those dates
